• Home Visit: For a fee, we will schedule an in-person visit to your home. During this two-hour visit, we discuss your style preferences, functional needs, and budget. We can often provide a rough quote for our design services on-site.

After our initial meeting, we will create a tailored design proposal that includes a detailed scope of work that includes design fees and phases, and a recommended timeline for your project.

Putting this down in such depth will ensure that we are on the same page on your project requirements and design vision.

Once you approve the design proposal, fees and timeline, we move into the conceptual phase. This involves:

• Conceptual Designs: We’ll present some initial visual concepts including mood boards, color schemes, and material samples.
  

• 3D Renderings: We will create 3D renderings for a more detailed and realistic preview of your new space, especially for kitchen and bathroom design concepts.

• Revisions: We’ll solicit your feedback and make necessary adjustments to perfect the design.

After you have approved the conceptual design, we will proceed with detailed planning:

• Construction Drawings: We’ll prepare precise construction drawings and specifications for all elements of the design.

• Product Selection: Our team will finalize the selection of materials, finishes, fixtures, and appliances that match your budget and aesthetic preferences.

• Coordination with Contractors: We’ll liaise with your architects, builders, and contractors to ensure everyone is on the same page.

If you wish, we are able to manage every aspect of the project to ensure seamless implementation:

• Project Management: As your space is coming together, we’ll handle all the logistics, from ordering materials to coordinating with contractors.

• Regular Updates: We will provide regular updates on the progress of your project, and will be available to address any of your questions or concerns. 
  

• Final Walkthrough: Last but not least, we’ll do a final walkthrough to ensure every detail meets our high standards and your expectations.
